Can I get a catalog?

We do not offer a printed catalog to consumers. However, all of our products are viewable on this site. For pricing information, please contact a retailer near you.

How should I care for my new lighting or décor item?

We recommend lightly dusting with a feather duster or soft cloth at regular intervals. Avoid using any kind of cleaning solvent or coarse sponge that may discolor or scratch the finish.

How do I purchase replacement parts?

Many of our lamps and fixtures have replacement shades and parts that may be available. Please contact the retailer where you purchased the item. They will be able to special order them for you.

I am missing parts how do I get replacements for them?

If you are missing a part, please return the item to the retailer where you purchased the item. All of our distributors should be able to provide you with missing parts or they can special order them for you.

Where can I get a replacement instruction sheet?

Please contact the retailer where you purchased the item. They will be able to provide one for you.

Can I order a product in a different finish?

No, our products are available only in the finishes shown.

I can't find an item on your site, what can I do?

It could be that an individual item has gone out of stock or has been discontinued. Please contact a retailer near you with the item number; we'll work with them to assist your request.
